Salary:

Pension scheme with Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS):
This is a defined contribution pension scheme administered. emh group matches employee contributions up to 8% of gross salary. The minimum employee contribution rate is 5% currently.

Annual holiday:
On joining emh 27 days (pro rata for part years worked and part time hours). Increasing to a maximum of 32 days’ leave after 5 years’ service (as below).  In addition you will also have 3 days to be taken over the Christmas/New Year period, plus 9 days for statutory holidays.

  • After 2 years’ service this increases to 29 days per year
  • After 3 years’ service this increases to 30 days per year
  • After 4 years’ service this increases to 31 days per year
  • After 5 years’ service this increases to 32 days per year

BHSF Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme:
Health cash plan insurance supplied by BHSF Limited paid by emh to help with the cost of dental treatment, eye tests, new glasses or contact lenses, professional therapy treatments and diagnostic health consultations. Free telephone help & advice line

Mileage rates:
Business mileage is reimbursed at HMRC rates which are currently 45p.mile for first 10,000 miles, and 25p/mile thereafter.
